Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.

The vinification takes place without malolactic fermentation. After five years of yeast aging in the bottle, the result is a very complete and completely unkitschy rosé champagne that comes across as pleasantly dry and structured with only three grams of dosage. Aromas range from strawberry leaves to red fruits and blood oranges. Intense and fruity, it stands for the highest drinking pleasure. VINIFICATION: Harvested and sorted by hand.
