In the hills of Côte des Bar and the valleys of Ville sur Arce, the Fevre family has been cultivating viticulture on 8 hectares of vineyards for over 300 years. Stéphane Fevre leads the small winery, which has been ecologically certified since 2017 and stands out for its independence and tradition in every phase of champagne production.

The family history dates back to the 18th century, marked by passion and resilience. The roots extend to great-grandfather Emile, who created the first vine plow in 1888, revolutionizing agriculture.

Since taking over in 2012, the family has embraced organic farming, eliminating herbicides and promoting vibrant soil. The grape varieties Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc reflect diversity, with Pinot Noir dominating 80% of the estate.

The clay-limestone soils provide ideal conditions for the grapes, regulating water supply and preserving grape integrity. Champagne production is characterized by naturalness: 11 months of aging in oak barrels on fine lees, no fining or filtration, natural malolactic fermentation, and at least 19 months of bottle aging.

The wines of the Fevre family epitomize authenticity and character, appealing to champagne enthusiasts for their naturalness and elegance.
