All champagnes have been vinified with indigenous yeasts and with no filtration.

They are low in sulfite (less than 35mg/l).

Riddling by hand.

Tasting JUL19: More power, more acid, a little tannins, very long, again the ethereal, structure, finesse. Almost a bit young at the moment.

Tasting FEB20: Burgundian, straightforward, very complex, austerity and still character, salty, Unami, nice nutty finish, 4 years in bottle, a lot of pressure on the palate not strict.

Tasting JUL21: very nice aromatic fine nose, tight, dratig, straight, light creaminess, light caramel note, very long finish, not too strict.
