Fabio OCT24: Enormously drinkable, pleasantly dry with a nice yeastiness but freshness at the same time, wonderfully drinkable, great aperitif! Tilman OCT24: Wonderfully drinkable, accessible, rather fresh and lean, nice aperitif, a little more melting on the finish with a nice length.Moritz OCT22: Ambitious cuvée with a lot of excitement and great drinking flow. Louis Brochet Brut Nature Héritage
70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier45% reserve winesaged a year more than brutDosage 0g/l aging in stainless steel tanks and 300 liter wooden barrelsNicola OKT24: Really complex: crispy, spicy, great drinking flow, lively, perfectly integrated acidity, dark chocolate, smoky note and nuttiness at the end. Fabio OKT24: More freshness than the Brut, pleasant acidity, subtle yeastiness, good balance, charming! Tilman OKT24: Beautifully charming ‘Brut Nature’ with plenty of pull and pressure, more mineral, sparse and focussed compared to the Brut. Slightly smoky, a little dark chocolate, nice! Moritz OCT22: Ambitious cuvée with a lot of excitement and great drinking flow. The lean body and tight acidity are balanced by light citrus notes and a charming white fruitiness. The robustness, which can also be found in the Brut Heritage, recedes more into the background. Instead, there is a delicate white floweriness that makes the cuvée incredibly charming.

Tilman FEB24: Very complex cuvée, with great spice from the Pinot Noir and mineral freshness from the Chardonnay. Invigorating and complex! Moritz OCT22: The Cuvée Alain has a very balanced nose of a light dark spice, citrus fruits and violets. The fresh acidity lets the champagne dance lightly over the tongue. In the finish you can feel a subtle bitter note, which gives length again.

Louis Brochet Rosé Millésime 2019
62% Pinot Noir, 33% Chardonnay, 5% red wine from 'Mont Benoit'From 3 plots: "Les Rosets" in Sacy for the Pinot Noir, "Les Vouagnes" in Ecueil for the Chardonnay and the famous terroir "Mont Benoit" in Villers aux Nœuds for the red wineDosage: 3g/lNicola OCT24: Nice fresh, balanced body, well-balanced, suitable as a food companion or just as such. Sophisticated, but not too complicated. Very balanced. Fabio OCT24: Serious rosé with nevertheless a lot of drinking flow, very good balance. Tilman OCT24: Well-structured rosé, has something dark, chocolate too, with a hint of strawberry, but little fruit overall, has something serious about it.Tasting from our colleagues at Sip Champagnes in London: THE rosé champagne that makes everyone rave. It starts with a beguiling nose: summer berries, raspberries, wild strawberries and fresh and almost floral. Then it explodes on the palate with a crisp attack, huge ripe summer fruits and berries in the mid palate before breaking out and becoming clean, refreshing and dry and then you just want to take sip after sip of this absolutely luscious yet delicate sparkling wine.

The nose of the Extra Noir 2013 changes every minute. From dark berry fruit to chocolate and cocoa notes to a certain smokiness, the olfactory spectrum leaves nothing to be desired. The acidity is taut and playful, but the champagne as a whole is very round. Spicy notes are also in the foreground on the palate and the finish is extremely long. A very complex champagne that begs to be explored.

Always wonderfully balanced, beautiful complexity. Tilman OKT24: Great ripeness, with fresh acidity, thus balanced and complex, enormous length and very elegant. Moritz OCT22: The Reserve Perpetuelle has an incredibly complex nose. A light pleasant oxidation, aromas of dark cocoa bean and white pepper are complemented by grilled lemon. You don't want to take your nose out of the glass. Louis Brochet Cuvée Spéciale HBH 2012
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay From the best plots > 12 years bottle aging Dosage 4g/l Dedicated to grandfather Henri Brochet-HervieuxNicola OCT24: Coffee, spiciness, smokiness, nutty, caramel, continues to develop with air and time.Fabio OCT24: Characterised by roastiness, lots of spice, with plenty of power and lively acidity and a fresh vein. Moritz OCT22 (Jg. 2008): Big champagne cinema! The HBH 2008 exudes a touch of baroque grandeur. The nose is very nicely reductive, which brings the yeasty aromas to the fore. Vanilla, coffee beans and salted caramel are just a few aromas that are very aromatic, but are still subtly carried by the yeast. The palate mirrors the nose perfectly and the elegant but playful acidity gives the champagne extreme complexity. The HBH is already showing a lot and is incredibly enjoyable, but will still benefit from a few years of maturity Nicola FEB23 (Jg. 2008): Beautiful combination of vibrant, juicy acidity and freshness, wrapped in aromas of nougat, honey and salted caramel, is addictive!
