Antonio Galloni Vintage NV – 92P: The Extra is fabulous. Bright and full of energy and sizzles with tension. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint and white pepper are all beautifully lifted. The Extra Brut really comes alive with a bit of time in the glass. It's a style that works so well at Moncuit.
