Lukas FEB23: In the nose a lot of red fruit and cherry, backed by a fine spiciness. On the palate apple, raspberry and cherry, backed by a nice acidity. Full-bodied, powerful and with a nice grip - great food companion and great with a BBQ.
Powerful rosé, vinous, very good to combine with food. Aromas of red fruits paired with spicy notes make it a typical Gatinois champagne.
