Andreas SEP23: So much champagne for comparatively little money! And then you can buy it with a clear organic conscience because it comes from "good" agriculture from a biodynamic producer from the Marne. Juicy, for André with 4 grams almost highly dosed and yet super balanced, fine wholemeal toast, quince bread, fine wood spice, good pressure and great length, enormously drinkable. With his Millésime 2014, "Mr. Meunier" Heucq demonstrates perfectly what wonderful champagnes can be made with experience and healthy grapes, even in years that are not so easy.
Moritz AUG22: A wonderfull aged Champagne with super fine perlage. Right after opening you'll find aromatics that remind of morning dew in the woods. With some time and airation armoas of caramelized red apples and delicate brioche notes develope. This complex Champagne developes, with some time and air, to a diverse pleasurable experience. Well suited as food companion for dishes with roasting flavours.
