The Rosé Cuvée 02 Guillemette comes with really juicy aromas in the glass and is not overloaded, but fine and firm on the palate.
Nicola FEB24: Aromatic rosé with not too much fruit because it only has a small red wine component, spicy, powerful.
Moritz FEB24: A very fresh and straightforward rosé. Very subtle aromas of blood orange, tropical citrus fruits, and a very fine herbaceousness waft towards you very quietly. On the palate, it's more herbal/spicy than on the nose, with the fruit taking more of a back seat. The gripping acidity brings tremendous tension.
