“L'Audacieuse” means ‘the brave one’ because it is a courageous step for Bara to press a Blanc de Blancs from a parcel of land in the absolute Pinot Noir region of Bouzy. This champagne is only produced in the very best years. After the 2016 vintage, there will not be another vintage until 2023.
