100% Chardonnay
This wine is dedicated to the complex Terroir of Les
Coteaux Sud d’ Epernay: a few plots have soft soils and the
Campanian Chalk shows up at 20 cm. In 2014 Laherte decided to
vinify the wines separatly and create a new single vineyard cuvee to present
these Chardonnay with finesse and relief.
Selection massale and blend of new and old rootstocks.
West exposition.
Dosage: 3,5g/l
Alcoholic fermentation in oak
