Lukas FEB23 (Vint. 2019): On the nose, slightly ripe tones, yellow fruit, hints of yeast and a fine floral spiciness. In the mouth juicy and full-bodied, juicy peach and apple, nice acidity and some citrus and grapefruit on the finish. Rather subtle, fine champagne, excellent as an aperitif.
Tasting APR21 (Vint. 2017): Flowery, delicate, straightforward, of ethereal elegance and, like a puff pastry, finely fanned out aromas. A captivating freshness and invigorating, firm structure characterize Etienne's almost crystalline style.
