Nicola OCT24: Nice fresh, balanced body, well-balanced, suitable as a food companion or just as such. Sophisticated, but not too complicated. Very balanced. Fabio OCT24: Serious rosé with nevertheless a lot of drinking flow, very good balance.
Tilman OCT24: Well-structured rosé, has something dark, chocolate too, with a hint of strawberry, but little fruit overall, has something serious about it.

It starts with a beguiling nose: summer berries, raspberries, wild strawberries and fresh and almost floral. Then it explodes on the palate with a crisp attack, huge ripe summer fruits and berries in the mid palate before breaking out and becoming clean, refreshing and dry and then you just want to take sip after sip of this absolutely luscious yet delicate sparkling wine.
