Tilman OCT24: Very promising on the nose. Deep dark red fruit, some blackberry. This continues on the palate, wonderfully underpinned with herbs, juicy acidity ensures a lovely freshness. The light and extremely elegantly integrated tannins round off the champagne wonderfully. To drink on its own or as a wonderful accompaniment to food!
