Blend of three vintages; is the only champagne from Billiot to receive a small amount of grape juice from the second pressing, which lends this cuvée an unbelievable balance and softens the acidity which can be notorious in the Cuvée de Réserve. A stunning vinous, champagne for beginners and experts alike.
Moritz OCT22: A charming, uncomplicated cuvée with a very vinous character. A dominant red fruitiness is carried by a light herbaceousness, which balances the champagne nicely.
