Nicola FEB24: Straightforward, mineral, stony, aromatic, slender, sophisticated aperitif.
Moritz FEB24: Everything is very well balanced. Lemon zest, wet stones, slight butter brioche & white almond. Round/juicy-elegant mouthfeel, but becomes very slender towards the end. A yellow fruitiness is added, but it remains very mineral on the palate.
Tilman FEB24: Nice balance, fresh-citrusy and lively at the beginning, slightly creamy and nice and juicy at the end!
