Nicola FEB24: Ultra-complex, vibrant fruit, very strong energy, such lightness and finesse, there's hardly a better rosé out there.
Moritz FEB24: Complex and radiant. Cooked strawberry, strawberry leaf, and earthy umami notes offer an extremely diverse taste experience. The acidity almost dances across the tongue with a lightness that is invigorating. The finish seems endless. A rosé champagne for those who have dismissed rosé as trivial and are open to being pleasantly surprised.
