Tilman FEB24: Inviting and complex nose with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and some brioche. Spicy, juicy on the palate, with a broader body but a nice draw.
Lukas FEB23: In the nose very intense and very dense,lots of ripe notes; brioche, warm cantucchini and some cardamom. In the mouth very full-bodied, complex and and rich. but still fresh with good draught. Long finish, excellent as a food companion to richer dishes with beispielsw. truffles.
